The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) awarded Companion Data Services, LLC (CDS) a master contract to provide private cloud deployments of DocFinity® to its members. DocFinity is a highly configurable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) tool that provides solutions for document and records management.

All states, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories are eligible to use NASPO ValuePoint contracts. The State Procurement Official determines which entities within their state may use each NASPO ValuePoint contract including state agencies, higher education institutions and political subdivisions.
