Lola Jordan

President

Bio

Lola Jordan brings more than 30 years of health care and information technology (IT) experience to bear on the solutions that CDS provides. Jordan brings a rare combination of having led large fiscal agent and Medicare carrier operations and a technology background that includes data center, infrastructure and print and knowledge of application development teams.

As a pioneer in health IT, Jordan brings insight and vision to the connectivity between health care information and technology through specialized business knowledge in hosting services, managed services, cloud business models, financial advantages, government programs, security, virtualization and z/Linux. Jordan adds a perspective that few can — how to work with and build relationships with organizations such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the California State University, Stanislaus.

William F. (Fred) Rowell

Chief Technology Officer

Bio

William Rowell aligns CDS’ corporate technology vision with business strategy, providing strategic technology direction that recognizes a visionary application of products, services and process.

Rowell was instrumental in cultivating CDS’ relationship with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and CMS contract award. He provides decisive leadership to multi-functional teams and has had top secret clearance since 1991. He has served in many capacities in his 26 years with the organization, ranging from application development, system programming and capacity planning through executive management.

Rowell has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of South Carolina, an associate degree in Computer Science and is working toward a master degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Jamie Keller

Chief Financial Officer

Bio

Jamie Keller oversees the company's financial operations, including strategic financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and audit management. With over 25 years of experience in financial management, Jamie has dedicated 20 years to the technology and healthcare sectors.

Keller has held prominent financial leadership roles in both commercial and federal healthcare, bringing extensive expertise in IT finance, vendor management, and asset management. Before joining CDS, Jamie gained valuable experience in federal and corporate finance.

Keller holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Andy Miles

Chief Solutions Officer

Bio

Andy Miles brings over 28 years of health care operations and information technology experience to the role of CDS Chief Solutions Officer.  Miles is an experienced senior leader, whose customer-focused vision allows for the development of solutions tailored to CDS customer needs.  With a unique blend of business and technical experience, Miles has focused his career on working with customers to solve challenging operational and technical problems.  

In addition to his operational and technical background, Miles has led organizational quality and service programs, such as Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and International Organization for Standards (ISO), to ensure that solutions and services are delivered with a focus on quality and high performance.

Miles leads the CDS business development team, as well as operational units in CDS’ government and commercial divisions; a strategic approach to maintain knowledge of current CDS customers’ business needs and challenges while influencing CDS’ approach to our prospective customers and markets.

Miles holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Cindy Fortner

Compliance and Privacy Officer

Bio

Cindy Fortner serves as the Vice President of Compliance and Privacy Officer for CDS. She manages the compliance and privacy program for the organization and oversees the Quality Management department, which is responsible for conducting internal quality audits and planning and managing external quality audits.

Prior to joining CDS, Fortner held positions as an Audit Manager and Compliance Officer in commercial healthcare. She has an extensive background in compliance and internal audit, with over 25 years of Medicare experience.

Fortner holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting & Finance and Management from Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia. She also holds a Certified Fraud Examiner certification and a Life Insurance license in Florida.

Sonya Y. Ridgill

Chief Information Security Officer/System Security Officer

Bio

Sonya Ridgill serves as Assistant Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for CDS, where she is responsible for leading the organization's cybersecurity strategy, information security program, risk management, governance, compliance, and security operations.

With nearly three decades of experience in information technology and healthcare administration, Sonya has built a distinguished career leading large-scale technology organizations, enterprise modernization initiatives, and high-performing teams across BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and Companion Data Services. Since joining the company through the Information Systems Entry-Level Training Program in 1997, she has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility spanning software development, application delivery, enterprise architecture, operations, and technology leadership.

Sonya is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and passion for developing future leaders. She actively mentors emerging professionals and leaders across the organization and is a strong advocate for continuous learning, innovation, and inclusive leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Charleston Southern University and has completed extensive leadership and professional development programs throughout her career.
