Companion Data Services’ DocFinity® Receives GSA Approval for Electronic Records Management Solutions (SIN 51-600)

Columbia, South Carolina — Companion Data Services, LLC (CDS) is pleased to announce a new government contract award for Federal, state, and local customers to acquire its award-winning DocFinity content management solution. The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded a five-year prime contract (No. 47QSMA20D08NV) to CDS under Schedule 36 – The Office, Imaging, and Document Solution – to provide software and services under its innovative new program SIN 51-600: Electronic Records Management (ERM) Solutions.

GSA Schedule 36 - SIN 51-600 provides a comprehensive capability to solve the complex lifecycle challenges of electronic records management in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements. The Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides federal agencies with solutions to help modernize offices, reduce operational costs and free up resources in order to focus on the agency’s core mission activities.

DocFinity is a high-powered, next-generation Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) suite. CDS’ DocFinity solution is used globally by organizations across the private and public sectors, to streamline document processes and meet critical information governance needs, including the identification and securing of sensitive personal and corporate data.
