Companion Data Services Awarded National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance Contract

Columbia, S.C. — The National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA), a leading government purchasing cooperative for agencies in the United States, awarded Companion Data Services, LLC (CDS) a master contract to offer cloud-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solution to NCPA members.

CDS’ DocFinity® ECM/BPM suite is a highly configurable, browser based records management software. It goes beyond traditional document imaging and database systems to offer increased efficiency, flexibility and scalability. The five-year contract permits public, government and nonprofit agencies nationwide to purchase DocFinity products and services from CDS.

“We are excited to earn this NCPA contract because of its thorough selection process focusing on quality service, product performance and, most importantly, cost,” said Lola Jordan, president of CDS. “We will demonstrate our value by actively marketing our ECM and BPM solutions to more than 5,800 member agencies.”

Earlier this year, CDS won contracts from the Georgia Department of Public Safety and the Georgia Department of Community Supervision to use the DocFinity suite of products.
