We are happy to announce our Mentor-Protégé Agreement with DeltaStrac, LLC!

Companion Data Services, LLC (CDS) is a leading provider of Health Information Technology (HIT) and managed services to commercial customers, state and federal government agencies, announced today that its Mentor Protégé Agreement with DeltaStrac, LLC was approved by the Small Business Administration under the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP). The ASMPP is designed to develop strong protégé firms through mentor-provided business development assistance and help protégés successfully compete for government contracts. This relationship will result in beneficial business development opportunities for both companies enhancing their collective capabilities.
During this three-year agreement, CDS will assist DeltaStrac in the pursuit of contract awards. The agreement provides management, technical, contracting, business development and general administrative assistance. The companies have worked together for more than a year on CDS’ SeaPort-e Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and are well aligned to help each other experience successful growth through strategic positioning.
